WE SHARE THE SAME SKY PODCAST

7-episode limited series, released 2019

We Share the Same Sky is the story of Rachael’s decade-long journey to retrace her grandmother’s wartime history. It was the first-ever narrative podcast to be based on a Holocaust survivor’s testimony and listed as one of the best podcasts of 2019 by HuffPost, a “Show We Love” by Apple Podcasts, and "Reader’s Pick” by Vulture Magazine. The fourth episode of the series was selected as a runner-up for an audio award in prose category from The Missouri Review. We Share the Same Sky was produced in partnership with USC Shoah Foundation and has been featured by other podcasts such as WBUR’s Kind World and Israel Story. The podcast is taught in classrooms throughout the United States and abroad and pairs with companion educational resources developed by USC Shoah Foundation’s award-winning educational programs, IWitness and Echoes & Reflections. Two years after the podcast was released, Rachael published her critically-acclaimed debut memoir by the same name. You can learn more about the book here.

We Share the Same Sky is available for streaming and download on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts and most podcast streaming services and directly on this website. For more about this and to listen to the entire series online, visit: www.sharethesamesky.com
